Mercedes A35 2020

The smallest member of the Mercedes-Benz family, the A-class welcomes a new performance model to the lineup this year: the 2020 Mercedes-AMG A35. An entry-level sports sedan with 302 horses, standard all-wheel drive, an aggressive-looking face, and a raspy-sounding voice, this starter AMG takes aim at the Audi S3, BMW M235i Gran Coupe, and Volkswagen Golf R. It shares much with the new 35 version of Mercedes's CLA four-door coupe—namely its architecture and engine—but looks far more traditional in its body styling than that swoopy-roofed Benz.
